Board Information

Rules for Home Owner's Forum

Homeowners are welcome, in fact, encouraged, to attend the monthly Board Meetings for London House Condominium Association. At the beginning of each meeting a Homeowner's Forum is held during which homeowners can bring questions, suggestions, compliments or concerns to the Board's direct attention.

Each homeowner will be allowed five minutes of respectful discussion on any topic appropriate to the forum. Board Members will get back to the homeowners after the meeting and after any necessary research has been completed. Disruptive individuals will be asked to leave the meeting as the Board comes together once a month to work for the good of the building, the residents and owners, and needs to be able to complete that task in a timely fashion.
